Bickford Street Studio is an Australian commercial interior design practice working across retail, beauty, wellness, hospitality and boutique accommodation. We partner with business owners seeking spaces that express their brand with clarity and purpose.

A commercial perspective, shaped by retail and hospitality.
The studio is informed by 15 years of experience in Australian retail, working with brands including Camilla, Tuchuzy, Country Road, Just Jeans and Cotton On, alongside 10 years of experience in hospitality. Together, these backgrounds have shaped a firsthand understanding of visual merchandising, brand presentation, service environments and the importance of the customer and guest experience.
Today, that foundation shapes an approach to commercial interiors that considers both customer and guest experiences and the operational realities behind them, including product presentation, circulation, service flow, atmosphere, materiality and detail.
Each project begins with listening. The goal is never to impose a signature look, but to create a distinctive environment that feels true to the business and works beautifully for the people who use it.
